Common questions

How far in advance should I book?

Our multi-day wilderness immersions and seasonal programmes typically fill 2-4 months ahead. One-day experiences often have availability within 2-3 weeks. Corporate and bespoke programmes require at least 6 weeks lead time for proper design and preparation.

What fitness level is required?

Most of our experiences accommodate varied fitness levels. We're more concerned with your openness and presence than your ability to hike long distances. That said, some wilderness immersions involve backcountry travel. We discuss specific requirements during our initial conversation.

What if weather is poor?

We run programmes in all weather except genuinely dangerous conditions. Rain, wind, even cold are part of the experience. We provide guidance on what to bring, and all technical equipment is provided. Weather often becomes a teacher in its own right.

Can I come alone?

Absolutely. Many participants join our group experiences solo. In fact, coming without familiar company often deepens the experience—you're more likely to be present rather than defaulting to existing relationship patterns.

Do you offer gift experiences?

Yes. We can arrange gift certificates for any of our offerings. Contact us to discuss options. Keep in mind that scheduling flexibility is important—the recipient should be able to choose dates that work for them.

What's your cancellation policy?

Full refund if cancelled more than 30 days before scheduled date. 50% refund for 14-30 days notice. Within 14 days, we offer rescheduling to another date within 12 months. We understand life happens—talk to us if you face unexpected circumstances.
