One-Day Ecological Awakening
Perfect starting point if you're curious about deeper nature connection but not ready for multi-day commitment. Spend a full day in ancient woodland with expert guidance.
You'll experience guided nature awareness practices, learn ecological literacy fundamentals, and practice forest bathing techniques. Many participants use this as a gateway to our longer programmes.
